Returns and refunds

We hope that you are delighted with your product. However, if you encounter any issues, or change your mind, please note the following:

If your item is faulty, please contact orders@aurioltrophies.co.uk as soon as you identify the issue to arrange the return and repair, replacement or refund.
If you have changed your mind about an item that has not been personalised, you have 28 days from receipt to return it to us. Please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund.
As personalised items have been altered to specific requirements, we can only offer a refund where the item is damaged or faulty. However, engravings may be able to be adjusted, removing the original engraving and engraving a replacement (for example updating a year). There is an additional charge for this service. We advise doing this no more than once on each item as each process removes some of the thickness of the metal.

Lead times

We will always endeavour to work to your timelines, so please get in touch for urgent requirements.
When ordering through our website, we recommend that you allow 10 days from order to receipt.
For bespoke tankards, we recommend allowing at least four weeks to process your order.
The process to design and create a die for casting medals or embossing a logo can take 6-8 weeks.
